Just to let you know, it's probably going to rain on Friday day. The zip code in Manhattan in 10036. You can go to weather.com to check it now and then But if it's raining on Friday at all like it is now, you won't be doing any sk8ing. Good thing is it's clear for Saturday.

rapid skunk, i think jam meant it's kind of a late start for him, time-wise, especially since we're not skating in his neighborhood in Park Slope; but he BETTER be there in bunny pride!!! hey Jam or anyone else, if you want to meet earlier at the park, I might cruise out Friday before the rip and skate some there is weather is ok, then take the subway into manhattan around 8pm.

pyrate, i'm a little skeptical about skating Broadway in costumes on a Friday night, especially in terms of attracting police attention the night before the broadway bomb. also, since the pavement sucks and taxis/pedestrians are out of control on a friday night in the theatre district; I'd personally prefer to take a more "chill" route like an avenue with a bike lane. just a thought.

weather looks "ok" for right now (20-30% chance of rain for tomorrow, clear for later in the evening) -- but don't pay any attention to weather forecasts until a few hours before the event. we've all learned that in NYC by now; it'll either be raining or not raining. hope for the best.

ned: b'way has a bike path, and the police only cared during the bomb when folks were stopping traffic with whistles and running red lights. as long as we dont interfere with traffic the cops shouldnt say one word to us.

P.S. I agree with Ned....... crowd+costumes+crazy longboarders+ (what looks like a bunch of trouble making kids)+ bunnys+penguins+pedestrians, cars, buses, and other people+cops= Bunny getting most probably destroyed lol by cops and Penguin attempting to fly away from them, and yah total chaos... but hey, I will totally be there trying my best.....!!!!!

EDIT: Yo what are the plans for tomorrow at like 4:00PM I will be out of school by then and hopefully there will be others out..... Ned? I guess I will just call tomorrow.... THanks.

I'll be in NYC at 5:18. Then going to my Aunt's house in Brooklyn, right next to Prospect park, so Jam if you want to meet us there that would be really easy. Then we can go to wherever we're meeting all the rest.

tomorrow is gonna be a ton of fun. we will have a car following us, so if anyone needs sk8 gear moved to our final destination so you don't have to carry crap.... and if anyone wants to hold the video camera so jeff can concentrate on driving and not multi tasking, that would be cool too. we can take turns or whatever
