was it dry last night at prospect? or how wet was it?

The road was a bit damp, the top two turns were wet and parts of it were dry. The bottom left turn was dry.

I hit up watchtower yesterday after bailing hard on my face. Luckily the concrete broke my fall. (stupid half slippery early spring streets)

The hill was awesome. Top third gritty salt crusted dryness, bottom two thirds slick with still melting brine mixture. Was nailing sergio to revert to toeside 360 to coleman manual/ tailslide on the curb.

just got back from prospect, skated lookout hill, kinda dry, plenty of room to carve with loose trucks, some other small trails in the area and then my standard spot by the nature building. deserted for such nice weather i even managed to slide out a few times on some old flywheels.

Is that who you're talking about? I know a lot of the guy's friends, including David Horton (guy quoted in article). Its freaky that he died out on the exit near to where we skate.

Your boy was a trooper for sure. If more folks were like him the world would be less infested with pricks. God bless him- Pick up where he left off. That kid died with his boots on. Is there a more respectable way to go?

just got a new deck in the mail today, rogers bros 36 cut for pogos, kind of looks like a good deck for things around here, extensive testing will be taking place before i get my karrot bushings which i ordered plenty of, so if anyone needs a couple shot me a pm or a shout out at the rip, not the rude kind when i have my headphones on.

but what is this talk of dying with his boots on? cause of the aspect of him running after someone who mouthed off to a friend of his? if thats your point, im sorry, i dont agree,
violence, especially in an urban place like brooklyn is best avoided,
just walk is my best best advice to anyone confronted with the same situation.
even if your jackie owens, you never know who will do something insanely rash, something very similar happened to a skater in the philly scene recently, he was stabbed though,
i truly believe it takes the smarter man to just walk away.
you can say what you like about how great it feels to defend someones honor and
what a rush it is to mash someones face into the ground
but both decisions can have terrible consquences.
