Skated lookout for a while with Dave, Stu, and Andriy. We put up caution signs for us longboarders around lol

Didn't help all the time. Next time we are there we would like to get one spotter for the corner and do slingshots into the turn.

I took my first baby steps today without crutches, about 15 feet round trip. My sh!t is soo messed up, though, it looks like someone inflated my foot and lower ankle. I should be walking and light cruising by the time CP race and Slidejam are here. Thank god I didn't break anything.

that explains it - - i hit Lookout around 7:30 last night. when i slid to a stop at the bottom, these little kids came running over yelling "look it! they're back!"

a spotter would be nice. i've only ridden lookout alone and now that the trees are all full of those green things, that one corner is really blind.

I'll be in NYC about 1ish tomorrow. Bussin in from Newark airport to Bryant park or Grand Central terminal. If anyone wants to earn a couple beers (and/or a lightly used Sergio slide deck) by helpin me lug a bag to BKLN, let me know might have some other goods if my box from gravity comes in today.

down to skate thursday, and well, every day for the next couple weeks... looks like there will be some heavy sliding during the day this Fri before the RIP as well.
