Re: New York, Long Island Garages
Anybody down for a Saturday evening session this weekend? John, Mike and I are thinking of hitting up the Nassau garages. I don't remember if the cage has any lights, but Winthrop and the bus depot next door do. Thoughts?
The more I see, the less I know, the more I like to let it go.....

Re: New York, Long Island Garages
Went last night. The cage was locked so I did what Jim had suggested. It worked. There were puddles but it made it a little more challenging. Me and my board were a mess. Went to the banks and swept them off , had fun. The place is only good late Saturday or Sunday.

Damn Mike, using some guerilla tactics there bro! How did you get in? Did you drop into that fenced in area, and climb over? Well, puddles and locked garages sounds like a bust for me today. I'm just going to skate locally. We'll try to get something going next week. Later

Re: New York, Long Island Garages
Julian, the Chicago slalom deck is looking DOPE -- i just got a massive bushing / riser / truck / hardware order in from MHM and SK8kings; added a c-foam kicktail and toe riser w/ super-traction grip at the feet; running Bennett Vector in the front (wedged 17-degrees) and Airflow truck in the back with shiny new 70mm Lemon / Lime ZigZags. now i just need to learn to pump faster. I'll definitely take lots of photos this weekend!

Hey, Mike where is that hill in Glen Cove? I really want to check it out, I need to scout more on the north shore or I think I'll go insane, I need hills to ride to stay alive!
