i'll hit up nickerson if someone goes, others wise mike i'm gona be in the east meadow, sea cliff, north shore area if someone want's to skate up there

Hey Phil. Yeah, Nickerson sounds good. How about 1PM? Afterwards maybe hit the Meadowbrook bank and the cage bank? Bikeboymike, can you meet us at Nickerson? Anyone else down? We can hit hills later too. I'm gonna skate both days so I'm down for a Sunday session too, so Mike, if you can't skate Saturday, let's hook up for Sunday. John, you coming out? I'll keep checking the thread until about 4PM today. After that, call me on my cell. Looking forward to some skating brothas!

Guys, Nickerson is rad. A sweet, four foot halfpipe, probably about 20 feet wide, nice transition. Phil and I went on Saturday, both of us took a beating, but the session was fun. Nice street setup too, though early morning might be a better time to skate, fewer kids standing on the ramps with their thumbs up their asses

Still stiff, thanks for asking. Not sure how I'll be this weekend. How was Tanner? You have to try out Nickerson, it's way better. The halfpipe is so smooth, and the street layout is better spaced out. Are you going to the Central Park race this year? I was talking to Phil about it, we're gonna try to make it. I'm not sure if I'll race, I may just go to hang. Thoughts?

Anyone else thinking of hitting the Central Park race?? A big LI Crew turnout would be pretty cool!

You guys should definitely come out to the near-west . . . there's a lot setting up for that weekend 6/1-3:
- Friday night at Prospect Park
- Saturday the CP race and a slide comp at the Cloisters afterward
- Outlaw race in Jersey on Sunday

I'm prolly going to skip my 25th college reunion in favor of hitting up some of this stuff.

we're re-surfacing our 5-foot backyard halfpipe in Woodside Queens and planning a cookout one weekend soon -- bands, beers, burgers, etc... weather is turning real nice lately so I'll let y'all know -- it's an easy train-ride in on the LIRR (a few blocks from the station) and an easy drive too.

everyone defininetly hit up central park race; it's a chill fun time.

dave- im planning on going to the central park race and im bringing a buddy and possibly my brother if he doesnt have to work. Im going to do the race but not push myself very hard, probably just going to cruise it, should be fun. Anyway we should deffinitly get a big LI crew together to represent, even if you dont compete.

I'm making every effort to get into the City that weekend. There is so much stuff going down. Fri - RIP, Sat - Central Park, Sat night - sliding Uptown, Sun - Race with the Jersey Boys. I need to hit lotto. If I can only do one it will be Central Park.
