FYI- if you want to take the LIRR, just ride from Long Island to the Flatbush Ave/Brooklyn stop, and Prospect Park is a few blocks away. I'll skate over and pick you up from the station.
Ned
I thought that you were heading to Philly.

Maybe we need to get outside. That pidgeon s--t is messing up my head. I'll try to make what ever session you guys are into. Cold Spring Harbor is kinda calling.
Dave - I'm trying to talk Joey into going to Owls Head early tomorrow. We skated his bowl for a little while - that Brad Edwards feels nice.

Re: New York, Long Island Garages
CENTRAL PARK RACE THIS SATURDAY!!!
Alright, it's already Tuesday so let's get organized for Saturday. The tentative plan is to meet at Mineola train station, take the train in to Penn and head up to the race. After the race, take the subway down to the Brooklyn Banks and skate for a while. After the banks, head to Penn and hit Ned's barbeque in Woodside. Finally finish out in Pigeon City (formerly know as the cage ). I'm very open to any suggestions or changes so if you have some ideas post them up. So, down to the nitty-gritty......what time should we meet up? I figure we're gonna want to be at the CP meeting site around 11:30, so we can plan around that if it sounds good to everyone. Finally, who's coming? This is gonna be rad!!

Re: New York, Long Island Garages
I think mike was planing on driving into the city and parking along central park somewhere and then taking the subway around from there. I like that idea a little more because then we can bring more then 1 board. I am also planing on staying late for the slide comp, so i'm down so whatever after the park race.
mike, are you still planing on driving in?
