I didn't. Went to Nickerson but it didn't compare to the session we had at Owls Head.

i met some kids from Connecticut this afternoon and they told me about the new skate park in Stamford; apparently it's pretty kickass, they got a sneak tour last week. bowls, ramps, a snake run -- totally amazing according to the reports from these skaters. opens the first week in july.

this should be a roadtrip option for mid-july. skate the park early morning one weekend, then meet up with some CT kids for some downhill runs. the hills in connecticut are pretty insane, i think it'll be worth the 1-1/2 hour drive...

I might be going to my sisters Sunday morning. She live near exit 14 in the Thruway. I will def bring my board and try to check out the Tarrytown area. I had seen some office buildings that had some nice parking lots and garages that were built into a hill. I'm disappointed that I can't get to Owls Head Sunday morning. There having a Skate Jam there Sunday afternoon. Things might change but if they don't let me know if there is a session going on and I'll try to meet up. Is anyone up for Sunday evening? We still have to take the City crew to Cold Spring Harbor.
