Hi Long Islanders

I'm a college student from Massapequa Park. It's cool to see some fishes from the Island, I just found this thread. I'll be home for spring break (I go to SUNY Potsdam) on the 21st through the 30th, and I'd love to skate with some of you.

I don't know of ANY of these places you guys skate, I usually just cruise around the neighborhood, but I'd really like to check out some of these spots.

Oldnstoked and xwgpx55, I see you guys are from Pequa. Way cool, we'll have to meet some time.

I'm from the smithtown (mid-suffolk, ns) and id be down to hit up some hills or garage. Don't have any friends that LB around here, just got into it about a year ago. Haven't actually skated a garage yet so I'd be stoked to have some ppl to go with. If anyone around my area ever wants to cruise around and carve up some hills get at me too.

I skated today for the first time in like 2 months and it's been way too long. School has been crazy and the weather upstate sucks but i'm home on break for the next week and would love to hit up the cage. I'll keep my eyes on the thread to see whats up.

Ah yes, the hole in the fence. I notice that the cops hang out alot in the parking lot, so I usually don't bother sneaking in. I'm 32 years old and figured that they'll bust my chops more than some 15 year old kid sneaking in to skate.

There's a skatepark at Nickerson. I'm probably gonna head out there at some point to skim near the end of the month.
