I believe, as in the past, free camping can be had at the Legion's property.
IF you want to stay in a hotel, there aren't many close. And rooms can go fast.

my mom wanted to stay at hotel last year so we ended up staying at one that was about 20 mins from the hill

crappy i saw you footbrake dont bullshit, and if west hill road is the one i think we came down on last year getting there it is gnarrr just really really straight and really really steep, you could do millions of pendys down it and never lose speed.

dont bullshit? i didnt footbrake at all for either turn, footbraking to a stop at the end of the course doesnt count, neither does the parade run

Pretty sure I'm going. Will be my first race and am looking mainly for experience. The junior standup isn't all that serious, is it?

it doesn't sound it. there has never been one so you can't compare it. it sounds like it is setup to bring the younger guys into the sport without having them try to kill themselves and also giving them more ride time. and trust me, you guys will be able to ride a ton!
