What form do you need???

Those who have registered Online and are 18 or over need to just come to the course.

If you are under 18 you will need a Liability Waiver to have signed and notorized and bring with you.

Charlie your sig says you are 18 so you shouldn't need anything....

I have been asked by several riders that their name not be posted so I do not post a list of registered riders but I can post the totals in each class later this evening.

Available on Monday will be the Liability Waiver and the Medical Form which everyone will need to have....You can download and print, fill out and have ready to save time during check-in or we will have them there. I say save the time and bring them with you.

For those under 18:
(1) A parent must be present to sign the waiver.

OR

(2) Download and have them sign and get it notorized to bring with you.

Both forms will be available on Dr. No Racing
