As stated above the form is in case you get injured the EMT's will know how to handle you, please do not take it lightly they may need the info. Not having it WILL NOT prevent you from racing but it COULD cause problems if you were to be injured, think of the recent major injury followed on these forums and the severity of it-any information the EMT's have to help you while you are unable to assist with information.

Actually not that scary at all if you think about it, hay is one of the single most expensive items for you guys to be able to race on the road so why not seek donations??? It is the way it has been handled every year Gravity Fest has been run.

friend of mine in recon says some guys hes worked with wrote it on their blood type on their boots. i was slightly sick upon hearing this type of discipline and he admitted it got in his head the first time he saw it.

no different than putting a Dog tag in your boot laces...I laced one into my boot every time my ship put to sea since I worked the Flight deck, it's just good planning
