Beast Coast is bringing it home this year my training has begun for the last few months and Im going at it more every day. Havent used public transportation since i went to Portwash, and i havent been driven in a car basically I ve been skating about 16 miles a day and Ive been working my legs out there as hard as rock, Im bringing it full force.

It's a push race, not a DH race.

Word is that the race is on the 7th. The after-party will in Brooklyn; and will feature beer, ramp skating, and live music. Slide competition is the next day at around noon.

Having the slide comp the NEXT day is awsome!!
Last year having the race/huge party/slide in that order during the same 24 hours was almost too much to handle.
If it wasn't for Malakai's supply of vitamin water energy drinks I'd never have made it.

the big NYC skate weekend is on for June 7-8, that date works better for some of our cali and international bros.

June 7th 12 noon - Central Park race at sheeps meadow
June 7th 8pm to whenever - miniramp, beers, and bands in brooklyn
June 8th 3pm - 2nd Annual NYC Slide Jam at the cloisters
