What happened to the website? Strange pic, followed by the following words... in Latin perhaps?

They're working on the design. Lots of website design templates ahve random latin text to take up space so you can tell what the site will look like with content. Same with the random video.
Thats a direct upload of a sample start page from iWeb on a mac. I'm guessing they're redesigning the site using iWeb, for whatever reason i don't know, but that's definitely from iWeb's sample page.
