2nd Annual Green Skate. the goal is to have 600 people in at least 8 countries riding for the same cause! So far the US, Canada, Brazil, Chile, Switzerland and Germany are all in!

i'll be there with a couple of my boys. How many miles is the route? is it a lot of up/downhill/narrow paths?

Wide roads with lots of obstacles: bikes, runners, fruitbooters, children, old people, horse-drawn carriages.

The loop is about 5 miles. There is usually lots of horse$hit on the southern end.

And I've heard that the Pope will be there with his new skateboard.

If anybody wants to skate this afterwards let me know. It's in hoboken so it's a perfect stop for jersey peeps. If you can't tell by the hairpins, it's very very steep.

I think CT is having our's on Tuesday 4/22. Is there a mix-up on our date?

No it seems like most places have it 4/22. But that's a Tuesday, which I would think makes it hard for a lot of peeps to make it out. Sunday makes more sense to me for many reasons...
