I doubt you can go over 20mph on crowded NYC streets, lest you wish to die.

I never skate in heavy traffic, and stay to one side of the road, and I hope everyone else does as well.

I've done 20 in the city,and im not even good.
also, 5 day weekend the week of the bomb.
I might cry from joy.

Also: about that video, I admit, I'm a bit of a pussy. One of those kids that wont say anything to your face, but will call out your mom while driving away in a car, but I thoroughly believe that I would have kicked that cop in the back of his head had I been there.

1 train is the easiest way to get there because it drops you off on broadway while if you take the A train you'll have to cross Columbia's campus. Get off at 116th and head down west 116th to the park (1 block away). Everybody will be gathered there.

And about it being Columbia's homecoming... it will just make the beginning of the race a little more interesting.

If you do that you're gonna take a really long time to skate Broadway. I can push myself to 20mph anywhere (or just under) if traffic is slow, I just keep behind a car. Its a thing you get used to.
