Actually, NJ is known quite well for fighting amongst ourselves. I used to go to hard-core shows in the 90's and NJ shows were always the worst.... notorious!
once you get over how the singer dresses, they're awesome. And getting back together in february. They're awesome hardcore when they aren't trying to do the whole rapcore thing, but even that is sweet.
Krown of thornz.... used to listen to this everyday-day. no bouncers, at the shows... crazy.
Haha, yeah I used to be into a lot of the Jersey stuff like Vision, Strength 691 etc... same deal, shows at pizza places, no bouncers...just madness. Heh...

cmon ... i've been to probably 20+ etown shows baby!! My old band opened up for them at L'amour in Brooklyn.
I'm not planning on it right now, but things can change.... I love every etown CD except "made for war" ....
Gotta say time2shine is the best followed by renaissance. Let me know if you end up going, we can have a sesh then go see e.town and rep silverfish in the jersey pit! woop!
ok. nice... i just hate the starland ballroom. its an hour drive for me, and i'd much rather go to a nyc club like nokia theatre or bowery ballroom, plus they make you pay for parking which is corny. ... i'll let you know.
Come to my skate park and I'll show you something to bite on. I'm located at 321 Changebridge Road Pine Brook NJ 07058. No need to call ahead. Anyone with a mohawk at 39 has issues. I can say that because I actually played in a real punk band and got over it by my mid 20's. I never talked #### about you, but game on. Again pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeease come to my skate park and we can settle this face to face.
i owe you an apology. i havent been online much since june and i over reacted when i came back on the fish.
after reading 2 posts that implied a 16 year old kid didnt feel safe about coming out because of you(which wasnt the case) i flew off the handle and re-hashed ill feelings i had been harboring towards you. re-reading my post, it was inappropriate and based on assumptions and bitterness over something that isnt even an issue any longer. i should have handled the situation more maturely leaving out the personal attack. your response is not undeserving. at this point in my life i have nothing to prove to myself or anyone else, and i shouldnt have instigated a situation which made you feel you might have something to prove to me. you dont. it was a stupid post.
No worries man. I'm in the over 30 club myself. And I was talking as much to me as any one else.
I just believe there are some awesome folks and spots in NJ, and I'd love to see more unity. No offense to NYC, but I'm sick of going to their events. NOt that they aren't fun, but I'd like to have some of our (NJ) own events too, with no worries.
