as most of you are aware, the ridgefield / pal park area has some nice hills. well rt 5 is being worked on.
because pouring concrete and laying asphalt cannot be done in the cold, there is a stretch of bast course asphalt ( rough) then a while of fine course asphalt (smooth). this
"construction site" is currently inactive and is blocked off from traffic (jersey barriers) so there is a 1000 ft long 40 ft wide patch of virgin asphalt on a hill.....need i say more this stretch is between delila ave going up to rt 63

there is parking all over the place at the top of the hill - the lighting is pretty bad so hope for a full moon for night sessions

the only thing is that you are quite visible by drivers I dont know how police will react if called
