Riders in Geneseo?

I'm going to SUNY Geneseo next year and I was wondering if there are any boarders who go there/went there on the fish. If so, any good hills in that area?

I go to Suny Geneseo. Theres a 35mph hill with 2 blind sweepers and a 70* right corner at the bottom, its called University Drive. Court Street might top out at 40, lots of traffic though. Bank street is a sick slide hill but the police are schizophrenic about it (i got a violation there for skating w/o reflective gear)

Theres also a siiick right/left hill that just got completed, gotta watch out for people there though

hahah, what kind of reflective gear are you supposed to wear? Also, how are all these hill on traffic? You said one is trafficy but how are the rest? Also how many people longboard at Geneseo?

1. Dont bother w/ the reflective gear, the officer wanted to get me for disorderly conduct but I talked my way out of it, both charges were bullshit but the disorderly one was insane.
2. Traffic, you know, dumb drivers, sorority chicks wasted in the middle of the road talking on their cell phone at 1am
3. 0 more or less, excluding myself. Yeah.

I wasn't planning on getting the reflective gear, I was just curious what bull #### he wanted you to get.
Dumb drunk sorority chicks, how is traffic in the daytime?
haha, you still going to be there next year? Cause if so, there will be a grand total of two boarders.

Traffic down court street is a lot, university drive is fine, just stay in your lane.

I wouldnt do either one without knowing how to shutdown, thats what cost me a broken middle finger 1 year ago.

What exactly do you mean by knowing how to shutdown? I'm not that up to date on longboarding terms.

The highest I've got is around 25 because there's no good hills around me at all. So no, I can't really stop easily going that fast.

Yo, I'm resurrecting this thread because I just got to college and I need to find some people to ride with. So, anyone that's not smok... studying in the netherlands longboard in Geneseo?

yeah im down for later in the afternoon on saturday...have any good spots i just transferred here so im still scoping stuff out

Yeah, I usually start at the top of North st or Center st, which is uphill from Main, and then go down Bank, or University or Park and then through campus where you can take a bunch of ways.

University and Court are the fastest and are still pretty scary to me so I stop a lot.
