    Default Portland Garages?

I'm going to be in Portland later in the week and through the weekend visiting family. What garages should I be hitting while I'm there. Preferably on the beginner side of the spectrum and the closer to legal the better.

Tough to say for garages since there is a good chance it can be a short session. I don't know of any garages that you can get to spend a long time at unless you time it right. If you are looking for spots other than garages there is switchbacks in Washington park. I know I spend a good amount of time there right now and it is a bit shaded form the heat and it is a great place for all skill levels.

Where at in WA park? It's a pretty big place and I haven't really spent time there since I was a kid.

if you are gonna hit garages, skate at night, around 10 or so. 3rd and columbia is a good one for beginners and also fourth and alder. but definitely hit up switchbacks, and also give mt. tabor park a look.

If you drive into the entry up Salmon st it is on the left side where the bus shuttle stop is but, you have to circle around the park to drive to that end since it is one way.
