no idea of any near sequim or port a but saettle has a plethora of garages. a couple at UW, many downtown seattle and yeah! you shoudl go to northwestlongboarding.com and they have garages and skate spots MAPPED out!!!! fo shizzy!

If you go to Seattle on the weekends there are a lot of completely empty parking garages around business buildings.

there is a parking garage downtown in bellingham on cornwall. You can also get in from the alleyway behind it.
