i have heard rumors from friends out around forest grove ( may need to research that) that there are some good hills out there for high speed 50 or so mph you could also look to hit the zoo bomb one night up in p-town. im sure that one you could break 40 on...

Yo Kid, check out the local Portland Forum (MessageBoard) and website that covers most of it. You can connect with skaters and hook up for regular sessions at Mt.Tabor, Zoo Bomb and others. And yes you can break 40 on Zoo Bomb. For longer ones check out Germantown and Old Germantown road, Rock Creek, The Dragon Tail, and others nearby West of Portland. You can find info on them in the Forum.
