    Default road trip

Ok I'm driving from Portland Oregon to Washington DC in august and am looking for some help with spots along the way, especially Oregon and Washington (state) since concrete disciples has some many parks list in those states it's hard to wade through them. I'm especially interested in parks with nice flow and interesting transitions, Grindline parks, 70's style snake runs, odd spots, banks and ditches.

    My general route will be:
    Portland Oregon,
    Olympia Washington
    Spokane Washington
    Missula Montana
    Bute Montana
    South Dakota
    Omaha Nebraska
    Iowa
    Ohio
    West Virginia
    DC

    Thanks

    Cool Re: road trip

DUDE - There are great parks in the NW' especially in OREGON!

Get on Concrete Disciples website and do a little research. I saw the RIP CITY flick
on Fuel. I believe they said there are over 70 parks in Oregon alone. Some
of the very best, inc. Burnside!

    Enjoy

Dude, even though it is not directly on the way do not miss the new snake run at Lincoln City, OR. It is an insanely long run into a 12 foot bowl.

Here are some pics from both directions:

Easy roll in from the top. Just make sure you can handle the G's in the bowl when you get to the bottom!

There is lots more than just the snake run too:

Holly Farm is a definitely "odd" park in SW Portland. Itreally small but very cool. Helps to have a short wheelbase modern street/pool board for this on though. If you get the right rhythm going you can continually pump iy until your legs wear out. There is a unique potato chip quarterpipe/rail right in the middle.
