pools/ditches in phoenix az?

anyone know of any pools or ditches in phoenix i looked for quuite awhile and haven't found much but theres gotta be somethin

first thing about pool skaters...dont ask, dont tell...no offence but i would be very surprised if anyone gave you the location of a pool, especially on the internet.

My advice, hit the local park or some of the local spots, befriend some of the dudes lurkin around and then ask them...not tryin to be a dick, just tellin you how it is, sorry

If I found out that someone was giving out the locations of my secret pools and ditches there would be a beat down. I'm reminded of Wentzle said in the Dogtown doc about it.
It sucks when you are on the outside of it and just want to skate something. It also sucks when you worked hard to get something cool to skate only to have it blown out by a bunch of guys you have no idea who they even are. Loose lips sink spots.
Your just going to have to get out there and make a name for yourself. Once you prove yourself the secret spots will be revealed to you. It's something that is earned just like respect.

ah no worries man i was just wonderin. its just pretty shitty here in az cause we don't get much rain so the city doesn't have like any of those long things that are all over california so i guess all we got is pools and those are just a bitch to find

Before I got into longboarding, I street skated on my Hosoi board, and drained out my Aunts pool while she was on vacation, and used it. Man, was she pissed. I personally don't really skate pools, or vert anymore after switching to longboarding. I only know of a couple spots, and it really is something to be earned through getting yourself out there in the skate community here in Arizona. When people hit your personal spots, it really is a b##ch, and makes more than a handful of people angry.
