Hand Plants

Last year, before I broke my ankle in a motorcycle accident I started (re) learning handplants inspired by Kilwag's 30 days to handplants/inverts series chronicling his attempts to learn hand plants...sadly just as I was getting to the point where I was comfortable putting a hand down on the transition I had my accident and I really don't remember much about what I went through to get to that point.....fast forward a year and I'm in better shape (physical therapy) this year than last and I've been messing around all summer with no luck, then today i decided it was time to get serious. On my third attempt I pulled an ugly one about 2/3's the way up the tranny but I rolled away. So the process has begun again, hopefully this time I can master it

I'd like to read more on that link but I can't seem to find the actual like... article or advice for inverts? All I see is one photo and the guy talking about how he wanted to learn hand plants in 30 days.

Where do I go for the advice?
