So it has been a rainy spring here in ol' Missouri and that, combined with my work schedule, has meant very little skating. Also, given the winters we have here I was thinking about building something in my basement so I can ride regardless of weather. I have considered what I could build, I think I want to try and build a wooden bowl. I have the space to make it around 14' x 18', I could maybe extend that a bit to 20'-22', and have it be around 3' tall.
I have tried searching the interwebz to see if there is any info on such a project, but all I can find is stuff on half and quarterpipes, which will help for some of it, but doesn't help me figure out how to do the corners.
I was wondering if anyone has tried such a project or knows of resources that could help me do this well and do this right.
I would appreciate any and all help I can get from you all.
Thanks a heap,
CC

Oh man I ve always dreamed of having like a pipe or a bowl right in my room. You know how cool thatd be? Wake up, skate, and probably get mobbed by the poor, as that idea sorta goes with the concept of wealth.
If you dont share your stuff, then property is theft to the human race.

I'm guessing you have tried rampplans.org, but if not I am pretty sure I have seen some bowls on that site. As you mentioned, lots of info about Hp, Qp, etc.
This link shows a nice bowl being built, there's a link to some photos. Maybe there's a way you can PM the guy, not sure, but happy hunting! also check out the ramps link at the top of each page.
