Default Old Guy back in the Park

Thought I would post the picture so you could see my progress. I have 2 months before I turn 48 years old. I just started riding parks/pools and thought you might enjoy this photo. Padded up like beast but my wife likes that I am taking care of myself.

looks like you're having fun, that's all that matters.
Besides, pads enable you to have fun the day after.

Fun indeed. Pala has a great casino/hotel where you can enjoy a dip in the pool and enjoy a cold beer after a skate session.

Sick pool, is that by any chance near Santa Cruz. I'm going there this summer, and I've heard nothing but good stuff from this park/area.

Sick picture btw, it doesn't matter how old you are.

Nice picture!

You guys should check out Lake Cunningham San Jose Skate Park (California). It's just opened last month and it's huge (the largest skate park in northern California)!! I'm planning to go there next weekend.

I know it's not the one in SC, I was wondering how close this park was to SC, thanks though

Lookin good prettynoiselab,

I can relate, as I am almost always the
oldest guy in the park, but its cool. The younger skaters seem to
enjoy having someone with a sense of skate history around.

and they love to ride my Powell old school board!

Absolutely gorgeous photo, man!

And by the way, looks like you're leagues ahead of me as far as park skills go, haha.
