I am leaning towards the 187s because they are cheaper than the Pro-Designed or Pain Cheaters and Boneless seems to be having some supply problems.
Go with the 187 Pro Knees and you will be set. Excellent fit, so comfortable and high quality and cheaper than some of the others you mentioned. I ride 4-5 times a week in them and I forget they're there.

Another vote for 187 Pro.
I got a set and they are real comfy and easy on and off. I took a nasty knee bail skating ramp and never really felt the impact. That says something right there.
No more bulky than any other brand of that provides that level of protection and padding. I have found that I have aged I like the extra padding and thus don't mind a little extra bulk. The entry level pads with less padding are good for when I'm doing sliding and it's more abrasion protection as opposed to impact. But if I am skating ramp, pool, park or slalom I want more padding.
i think pads are just a pane in the as,s they make you swet your balls of and they ony protec u from bumps and bruses so enless your speed boarding fuc,k em
