Well I just recently purchased a Santa Monica Airlines Pat Ngoho 30th Anniversary and tomm will be my first time at a skatepark, where should I start off? and I know I shouldn't be trying bowls yet but just out of curiosity should u be leaning forward or back while on a wall?

Since you are just starting off just look for some banks to start off on. When you feel comfortable just step it up to some bigger and steeper transistion. Take your time and have fun.
I have only started to go to the park and I have an airlines deck with 169s, nice deck ,I dont ollie but ride banks and have alot of fun running as high up and around a wall as I can go.
I dont lean foward or back , i seem to just lean into the manover, I do lean or jump up to get up over the rail on a wall. Im not that good lol.

this kind of stuff is hard to quantify over the internet, but really you dont lean either way. work your way up banks and steeper inclines slowly, and dont worry about it, just push yourself a little farther each time. momentum sort of locks you onto your board. its going to feel weird at first, but really there isnt a magic way to lean that makes it easier, just get out there and skate as much as you can, and have fun with it. I find the less i worry about trying to get things down in a technical manner, the easier it gets, because your skating flows. (basically when you are just starting out by the time you try to think of what you should be doing, you should already have done it, so just be relaxed, have fun, be prepared to fall, and dont give up).
of course, all this is just one skater's opinion. i am sure others will have a technical explanation for you, but what helped me the most was to stop thinking about it, and get up there.
By "leaning forward or back" I assume you mean turning
or carving frontside or backside? If that's what you are asking
then backside (back to the wall) seems much easier for me.
If you are asking about leaning ahead or behind your board, that's
more difficult, depending on where you are and what you are doing.
In generall you want to stay directly above your board as much as
possible and where you turn your shoulders is where you will go.
