Well it has happened I bought my first longboard as I wanted to get back into skating, but more slow soulful low injury skating. Then I bought my second as I wanted to skate further and for a little downhill carving.
Now I want to build a pool / park board, something retro not too short I'm thinking 33 but something I can ollie (I'm sure I can remember how) and to skate have a little fun with at the local park.
I'm looking at the Powell Peralta Steve Steadham Spade Skate deck this deck is 32.65 x 9.25 and looks just about right, modern built deck with retro styling. I am going to fit Independent Stage 9's to the deck but I'm not sure which size to go for. If it was a longboard I would fit 149's on this width. Would this be right for a pool deck to or do I want something a little narrower.?
indy 169s with center set wheels or 149s with side set wheels

Yeah SixTracks if you want Trackers, not 184s. But then.. well... they're Trackers lol. Indy 169's are a good bet, or Aces because they are based on the old Indy Stage II geometry, which makes them kickass over the new Indys.
Another option are Orion trucks, made by Tracker. Basically they are Trackers(beefy quality) with Indy geometry. Mine are great.
yea i second that. I also suggest the gravity roger mihalko model. it is an 80's board that is wide, has deep concave, and an ollie-able kick tail. I have orion sp1's and they are great.
