I didn't see the entire movie, but you're right, it's much better than today's movies. Maybe it's just because I prefer 90's skate films. And in the beginning, some dude tre-fliped a 6 stair with an old school board. That amazed me...
possibly too because its the girl team. aka. the lakai team. haha.

The videos back then weren't better than they were today. There's just alot more flicks today where they're bashing tricks for 1.5 hour, which gets boring as hell (Fully Flared). Bag of Suck, for example, was awesome and 100% not serious and I think they released it in like 2005.
Otherwise, THIS is the video everyone must see.

i was watching old world industries vids back when powell peralta was picken on em for a skate company. gonz, jason lee, koston, daewon the old classic skaters.
people that dont know much about skate history, you should read up on world industries. their start is fascinating. brought you todays skate brands and how/what skating is viewed like today.
