A friend of mine showed me this on Sunday.I went back yesterday and spent 2 hours moving dirt and cleaning the place up. Got a couple of lines down. Super fun spot with tons of potential. Location is a secret, unless you are a close friend or Concrete Wave photographer. Action photos will follow...
Whatever dude, I'll just ask Gorg or Smells how to get there.
Refering to the graffiti, you will need to ask " GORE " for the location. Obviously its on the West coast, Bay Area to be more specific. Its a nice gem hidden in the hills. Wish I knew about it earlier. Going back tomorrow for a CW photo shoot.

Ah, Gore, forgot about him too. Lol...looks like a fun ditch.
i also have found a few ditch spots in my town. we had to do much sweeping. makes me wonder if some surfers-skate rats did the same 30 years earlier........

Ditches were the original skateparks back in the early to mid 70s. In fact, an actual ditch, the Vermont Drop, almost became the first official skatepark. The spot was so popular that LA city officials considered making it a public park, but then decided speed bumps would be a better option. A few years later, the Runway skatepark made a replica of the Drop. If you can ever get hold of any issues of SkateBoarder from '75 or early '76, you'll see a ton of ditches...
