Re: official photography thread
True Bob, developing B&W-film really is super easy. Doesn`t require much equipment either.

Re: official photography thread
Payed 1.000NOK = just about $200 for a complete processing kit for photographies. I finally found the time to clean all the tubs & tanks and will try to process my very first roll of B&W this week. I'm used to DSLR's and have outlived a 350D, and am on my 2nd 20D. Can't wait to get my room dark and my hands dirty! Will make sure to show you what I get out of it. Cross your fingers for none of those over exposed pieces of paper.
Love all the stuff you guys have posted! Great people and posts in this thread!

Thanks for your compliments Miss VertigoJ. You write nicely. I know (and love) all those Maui and visiting windsurfers. Good luck with your darkroom plans. Maybe you'll push some B&W from 400ASA to 1200 for me someday. Anyway, for now, sleep tight and don't let the bed bugs bite...

Re: official photography thread
Hey, got some shots up from PA Outlaw.. some are kinda blurry and have pretty poor composition but it happens.
They're here: http://flickr.com/photos/hellovertig...7605147606750/
Also, anyone know anything about the Canon Rebel 2000? (Not digital Rebel, it's a film camera.. I am thinking something with AF would be a big help and I can get one for about $70)

Re: official photography thread
I have a film rebel 2000. It's a fine camera; although mine likes to randomly stop working every once in a while. All the lenses will fit a digital camera; so that's good.
The $85 50mm lens is much much sharper and better than the kit lens, too.

I don't know, that was a pretty rude response from yourself.
Do you dispute the fact it was taken with film, or that this wasn't a photoshop effect?
If you don't dispute what I said, I think you owe me an apology.

you do voice your opinion a little to much, too harshly and in unnecessary times.

All you guys are too uptight. I don't see anything wrong with lexx's comment.
Qeustion: What'd you use?
Answer: btw, this was taken on film for sure. No DLSR can get this sort of color no matter how many hours you spend on photoshop
