^^^^^^^^^^^^ Those last three seriously stopped me from scrolling and had me saying "Wowww.........". Every time I've tried taking a picture of the moon like that last one, it never turns out that nice. Then again I've only been using simple point-and-shoot digital cameras.




I didn't take these, but I found them on my homepage from articles on the wildfires that have been burnin' up parts of Los Angeles County and San Bernardino these past couple of days. Very reminiscent of last year's down here in San Diego. Pretty insane.

It's called HDR photography, you have to take bracketed shots then combine them with Photoshop or a program like Photomatix.

If you google HDR Photography you should find plenty of tutorials.

Thank you! Yeah black and white (film) and keeping it simple usually is a good combination. It`s a struggle actually, way too easy to include too much in the frame.

These are real aerial pictures, fine art prints from an artist, the technique is usually done with a Tilt-Shift lens but it can be faked applying bluring to the back and foreground. google it up.
