whats wrong with my trucks?

my Randal 180's were real good ones until i got a drop through deck. So when i took them apart and put them through, they slanted a lot. I thought it was the board but my gullwings work just fine. my Randals are still slanted after i put them back together. and its both trucks. if i cant fix this problem ill have to sell them. any one know what i should do.

Is the baseplate slanted? or the hanger? If hanger, try resetting your bushings? If baseplate, check for defects or mold lines on the bottom of the base plate. Hit it with a dremmel till its even!

Last time I tried to drop through a randal baseplate I had to file off the fins on either side of the baseplate to make it fit in the cut out.

Alternatively you could use paris baseplate if you have some lying around.

yup! Some cutouts will not fit a Randal without modification. Either rounding out holes on the deck or filing off the fins on the baseplate. I've done both.

That's not a Nelson, is it? I think that's one (older models anyway) that resisted arrest.

You've got to tell me more than that your trucks are "slanted." In my experience, a reverse kingpin truck works because the hanger is slanted.

Have you made sure your hangers aren't upside down? Randals have an offset bushing seat if I'm not mistaken, and flipping them lowers the degree of the hanger.

Fliping a raked hanger doesn't chande the pivot angle. It just gives you negative rake...
