ENVER--JUNE 25, 2009-- United announced a 2-for-1 salethis morning on flights from Denver to many populardestinations in Canada. The sale cuts the cost of a ticketto as low as $183 roundtrip when buying two tickets. These fares are more than 50 percent less than otherairlines' prices. Tickets can be booked by phone only, soUnited is waiving the standard $25 phone booking fee. The sale is for travel July 9 - Sept. 30. Tickets must bebooked by July 5. Thats a rad deal but its still a lot cheaper to drive I figured $60 or so a person round trip driving... up to you man. Let me know. Erik its going to be sweet but it is a pretty tech hill with speeds from what I've heard around 55mph. Come though if you can get out there!

Oddysey left Golden 5:30 AM with 6 riders heading for Calgary, Canada. Calvin, Kyle, Joel, Steve from Cali, DP-Santa Fe.Don't know if Rob made it.

Streamin video is so sick. From the heats I saw, Zak, Calvin, and Joel all way out in front of everyone during freeride. Didn't see Kyle yet.

2 days of sitting in front of the computer watching the races and here's what I remember.

This was the best racing I've ever seen and I'm spent from cheering for rado. My wife kicked me out of the computer room cause I was yelling too loud.

Huge showing for Colorado riders

8 man heats. It was so crazy.............

During qualifying I saw Kyle way out in front taking 1st place in his heat and in his 2nd heat just got caught at the finish line placing 2nd. Today he was ripping in the mix and it looked like someone hit him from behind on the starightaway and took him out. Too bad because he rippin his way to the finals

Joel was a consitant 2nd or 3rd or 4th in his heats but he got caught in a nasty pile up in a corner and was eliminated.He gave the defending champion a close run so it was great to see him in the mix.

Calvin styled his way to 1st , 2nd, 2nd, 3rd, 2nd in his heats and in the quarter finals today got clipped from behind ending his run for the semifinals.

Zak ripped both days and took third in the finals. Congradulations !

Not sure what happenned to Rob but at least he made it over the border.

This was so exciting I'm buying my plane tix for Maryhill today. How great is this sport!!!!1

Yea! I need to shuttle up lookout and hear how you liked the racin. I thought every Deity rider plus Price and Steve had a shot at makin it to the finals.
