Not really longboarding related, but is anyone here going to SOund Tribe Sector 9 at Red Rocks on the 25th?

Just wondering if I might see some of you guys there.

Yeah, it's like 51 for the one day ticket, I would suggest going to Saturday inlieu of friday if you are going to get one.

I thought about it. I went last year, but only stayed till Dead Mouse played. I don't know, I got kind of bored for some reason.

Deadmau5 isnt playing at GDF this year =[ luckly hes touring thru denver/aspen though. Hes playin @ the Ogden soon and at the Belly Up in Aspen (ill be there).

no GDF for me this year, i blew all my $$ on a new nemisis!

Day Out of Time is gonna be so sick!!!!
Sound Tribe is so sick! They kill it and their shows are always a huge party. You'll see me on shakedown with my rage face on before the show.
Pretty Lights and Pnuma opening for STS9...can't get much better.

Anybody gonna check out the after party's?
Sorta wishing I hadn't picked up Gothic tickets yet, on account of The Motet doing a MJ cover for an after party. But the party bus I am on will be taking me there, so I will most likely be at the Gothic.

oh and i stayed through sasha and digweed up on lookout mountain behind red rocks (didn't hav3e to pay a damn thing) and then bounced to see my boss's band kick off their japan tour.

The Fillmore is Friday, July 24th.
Red Rocks is Saturday, July 25th. With doors at 4, if I remember right.

I will be at Red Rocks probably around 1 or 2 and I will be parked/hanging out in the lower south lot. I will be up all over this show, you should definitely come check it out. It will be a blast.
During the show will most likely be the front right or front middle. Some of the girls in our crew last year had balloons with long, long strings tied to them, so watch out for that if your looking for me inside.

The hill is a good way to get some free music. I will be up there for Thurs, Fri, and Sat of Phish...unless I score some tickets, then I'll be inside of course. Not of fan of Global, so I stayed home.

I'm not going to be able to make it tonight, I didn't get a ticket because I'd rather just go tomorrow.

In any case, I'm going to get to Red Rocks at like, noonish or earlier and am going to be skating around, so if you see me stop by, and we can blaze.

Day Out of Time was an amazing weekend and STS9 always puts on a good show. Pretty Lights killed it, Hot Like Sauce was sooooo good!! Can't wait for next year. Hopefully they announce their winter tour soon
