I spent a good deal of time ridding this summer around Colorado. I am looking for some more locations and was hoping someone has a few hills I have not done yet.
I street luge so anything goes as long as road conditions are at least ok. I guess if anyone wants to know the road conditions of any of these passes let me know. I did all of them recently.
Red Mountain Pass
Coal Bank Pass
Loveland Pass
Idependance Pass
Molas Pass
Monarch Pass
Please hit me up with some new locations if you got any.

how are these road conditions and what are the speed/distance of the runs?
we gots some #### in loveland/ft collins that you might want to check out, PM me
Well the road conditions are ok for most of those runs. Red Mountain pass and Independance pass have got some nasty sections but nothing you can't roll over. I am on a luge but Coal Bank pass will net you 65+ mph on the GPS and its about 6 miles long. As for the others average top speed of 58mph and each run is atleast 5 miles long.
I would recomend loveland pass to anyone who likes speed and turns. It is a really fun run!

how are the turns? sweepers? tight hairpins? What's your number? we are going to ride vail pass tomorrow and maybe skate today. Wanna join us?
Wow for those details I will have to watch the videos again. I have a helmet cam so its nice to look at the runs and learn them from your couch. Cell 303-842-9400. Still building out 4th generation luge. I will be done by monday...maybe not painted but rideable. I will call when we are done tomorrow.

I'm going to Littleton, CO this weekend and i'm taking my boards. Anyone know any good spots for some cruising or DH? Or some mellow hills that i can take my little bro's?
If you go to the Highlands Ranch area, it is very hilly, and there are a lot of really nice hills to cruise, especially in the green belt areas. Also, the Firelight neighborhood and surrounding areas are really nice to skate.
All of Snowmass Village is a hill. Lots of options with sections steeper than I have confidence on but am getting it down.(need to get my drifting corners down and safety slides-I'm not comfortable pulling a slide at speed yet)
Lots of golf courses (a resort ya know) so lots of cart paths, Nearly 40 miles of railroad grade paved bike paths etc.
Check out Juniper hill, Faraway road and Wood road. Off season is almost here which will cut down on traffic considerably. One or two good rains should clean the roads. A 30 year event here for snow this season so some roads will still be wet from melt off for a while.
I am a beginner dh'er and it gets sketchy much into the higher 30's but I am working on it. Looking for others to ride with-I am sure it would push me to get better. Most boarders here are of the shortboard variety (3 parks in the area with another being built this summer plus at least two ramp parks)
