Lol, Boise is where I learned to ride.. I lived in NJ but got IT work at Albertson's corporate offices (I use to live on Mallard drive) anyway though.. there is the mountains behind albertsons that you can ride on. Also there was some other hill top that had a huge cross.. I bombed that but it was scary! If you go a bit lower around that area there as houses and very nice hills and the plus is you can see cars coming up hill so you know when to stop. Otherwise I use my board to ride from work to 24 hour fitness and back to by place and to blockbuster video my boise state univ.. what a cool town that is and a different feeling from being in NJ. If you drive you can go around the area of bogus basin.. but its a one lane road on each side so it can be scary,

Hey I live here in Boise and go to BSU, this summer almost all of the good hills were ruined with chip seal. I am about to go out and buy some enormous wheels to see if it will make cruising the chipseal enjoyable. But some hills I do know of that are kind of small but are atleast smooth are: Capitol hill where it goes from vista towards down town. I just cruise it in the right lane during a low traffic time and it is pretty fun. The street protest hill starting at where it crosses federal way is a quick fun ride when there isn't a lot of traffic. Some other hills that you can check out to see if their pavement has been ruined are all of the streets behind simplots hill, 15th street, the rich neighborhood "terra nativa" which is below the cross and to the left if you are looking at table rock. Also shenandoah which is the road that leads up to table rock is the sickest ride in all of boise if it is still smooth pavement. Also if you turn right off of 8th st. onto brumback and follow it back into the new development you should be able to find one nice road, I dont think they have found it yet. Anyways if you want some more help on finding streets my email is aussoc@cableone.net , or find me on facebook - austin marsh

Thanks alot for those hills. I've also heard that Bogus Basin road is pretty good. Also I've got 85 speed vents on my board and they make the chip seal way more tolerable, but get somethin' with some grip because my wheels slide at random on the stuff.
