Colorado Longboarders Freeride Event

It really looks like there is a lot of longboarders popping out of the wood works now, and that would be cool to get all of the new / old riders together for one big session, I have a spot in mind that would be perfect for this kind of event.. more details to follow... who is interested?

If you guys did a Euro style legit freeride with closed roads, I'm sure you'd get riders form all over N. Amercia.

That would be cool, but I plan on keeping it pretty simple. A mellow location, and lots of riders to show how to footbrake, slide, carve, etc.

I was originally thinking this could take place at a hill, but I think it would be better to have anyone come out and be able to skate. What do you think of a push race at Washington park? Prizes for top 3, and best beginner. $10 to get in, all of the money goes to food for the bbq afterwards in the park.

Never been, I know it's hard to find the perfect place but whats attractive about this park?

what if we go to an area with great hills but also has some flat areas so we can have boarders of all skill come and skate
