Default Any ditches/boards in SLC area?

I'm wondering if there's any good ditches/bowls (non skate park) around the area to ride, I found this at a different forum..

I lived there and in Ogden for a while in the late 80s. Lots to skate back then, some of it is still around. If you want a ditch Lowlife head up to Ogden. There is a super long one up on Ben Lomond mountain. It's long and steep out in the open and fun as hell. The Ogden Park isn't that bad for what it is either. I road the ditch last year for old time's sake when I was in Ogden for a funeral.
Also out off of Riverdale road on the side of the mountain up in the trees is a pretty weird little bowl. I think it was a fish pond or something, we called it the BBQ pit since it was next to the foundation of a burned down house. I couldn't believe that was still there. Pretty amazed I remembered how to find it since I hadn't been there since 1989.
I wanna skate a ditch/pool! anyone know where these mentioned ditches/pools are?

Here's your ditch:

And here's your pool:

The photos were taken before things were complete, but you get the idea.

You can skate either of them between 9am and dark. 13400 South, 6000 West.

I think he said non-skate park, either way, I've never really found a park I've liked in Utah, just because of the people, so I can definitely see how awesome it would be to have a bowl to yourself.

Yeah, that looks like a cool park but I don't feel like going when theres a bunch of people there, I'd rather learn and ride at a more private spot, the guy said you can see the ditch he mentioned form a high school and it's easy to find, so if anyones game and would be willing to goto Ogden...

Oops... My bad.

FYI that park never gets very crowded, and the deep bowl is empty the majority of the time. I've seen a few people in it during O.G. sessions on Saturdays, but most of the time the kids stick to the smaller features.....

There's a big concrete retention pond that I sweep every late summer. It's a blast. It's in North Ogden by my house. I'm curious about the steep canal on Ben Lomand. any more info on that?
