    Default Zealous Update Thread!

So after a lot of work. They are finally done!

-Adjustable pivot (that means you can use these hangers on almost any baseplate out there...)
-Adjustable axle length (axles are a bit longer and the trucks come with 5mm spacers, that means you can adjust them from 190-200mm just by switching the side of the wheel the spacers go on, oh and no worries about bent or broken axles... it just wont happen with these puppies)
-Full axles (these arent your lazy screw in axles, these go the whole way)
-Awesome bushing seat (made for jimz but fit most bushings. For jimz the second step is a gradual incline instead of a straight up and down like most trucks and like the zealous proto's. Which means less restriction but but still a secure ride)

    $90 baseplates
    $190 hangars
$280 for completes. That makes the bushings and grade 8 kingpins washers and accessories all free.
    $15 ea. for upgrade pivots.

Wasn't the initial plan focused on keeping these under $100 and affordable?

I was working on a design for cheap precision trucks. But couldn't find a way to keep costs down. So designs have changed a lot since my first "$100" truck. As you can see:

How does the ride height with 42' baseplates compare to 42' randals? pics maybe?
Last edited by delta1009; 04-24-2009 at 11:36 AM. Reason: baseplates

    It depends on the baseplate.

Dude what's with the people at your company constantly shamelessely plugging your trucks. Screw off!

    Brady,

Nice work. I remember that first design. It's awesome to see how far they have come. May I ask what program you did your designing on?

No kidding. Start your own thread if you want to promote your trucks.

Brady, nice work they look great!

Were these designed with all board in mind, or were you tailoring them to ride especially well with your boards?
