    Default Slide section suggestion

    I think it's about time to separate the slide section into "tech" sliding and longboard softer wheel "freeride" sliding. Its a pain looking for tech sliding subjects while weaving through all the threads about "How to standup 180 on soft wheels" or Abec 11 Grippins or Gumballs?

    Whatdya think?

    a 'freeride' section should just be created, leave sliding as it is and make a new freeride section, then anyone who posts soft wheel sliding help in sliding gets flamed and all returns to normal on the 'fish

    Yea I think we need a freeride forum.

    ftw. "freeride" and "slopestyle" are the gayest words ever in skateboard history. a few months ago everyone was calling it "Freestyle" which is associated with flatland flip tricks...

    please, dont call it freeride. according to defenitions from other sf members, freeride encompasses all kinds of skating. that is too vauge

    It's been referred to as downhill freestyle forever. Soft wheel sliding works fine, but as long as people understand what you're talking about.
