Legendary no longer being on this forum is just so Counter-Productive to the Longboarding scene it sickens me

To the MODS please be reasonable and bring him back, he's made so many beautiful boards and made so many people happy, so what if he pissed one or 2 whiners off... this happens all the time with all companies, cant please everyone... and freedom of speech is paramount, if someone can voice their distaste, he should be able to defend himself all things equal.

Everybody voice your distaste here... this is just stupid...

To tell you the truth, I'm not sure %100. To the best of my knowledge some people were pissed about something regarding Legendary, he had a rebuttal, and poof he's gone.

IMHO, regardless of why... no builder especially with his talents should be booted from here unless he blatently ripped someone off.

I'm not quite sure what talents he really had... other than a glossy finish...

his best selling boards were like a dervish cookie cutter copy and a stupid mini with no footspace...

His thread was just a bunch of spam, from every one of his fanboys who never left that thread, and whenever someone went in to ask for a review or something would be tossed a "they look amazing! look how my shiny my board is!" etc etc.

Threads like this aren't necessary. The admins know more about what is happening than you or I do.... let them do their job.

The fact of the matter is, he could pretty much build you whatever you wanted... only your $$$ is the limit, with exception of aluminum space boards.

Quit hating, Karma is a bitch when she comes around... give him the credit he deserves and allow him to conduct his business.

If you don't like his boards or his threads, don't look at them or read them.

Obviously they werent all spam... many people enjoyed it, more so than not, and we all had a good time in there, even if there was the odd beef here and there.

But common sense is not so common I guess... keep on Hating guys, it will get you far in life.

At least we kept it in our own thread. I've seen other custom builders throw hissy fits, but no one calls them on it.

If other people liked the boards, who are you to say they aren't good? They might not be your style, but that doesn't mean they aren't good. You don't decided that.

the way he "conducted" business is one of the main factors that got him the boot now stfu and stop being such a drama queen. kthnx

I loved my gnome. The "no footspace" is what you get for being able to put big wheels on it. I found having 75mm wheels for my around town board was awesome. It kept me alive in my city riding. Also, the dervish and demon are very different. One is bb the other is bamboo. It was also $80 less than the dervish. Sure you could of gotten a bamboo one. But really how many people bought those? 10-15? Finally the glossy finish may of what sold his boards but it was also the first time seeing it hear. I thought it was pretty cool when first started out, and still do. He brought lots of stoke to lots of people. So please at least give me a little more credit.

as far as im concerned, that douchebag harksar or whatever his name was should get banned, for trolling and nonstop blind hating on a company.

the demon is not a cookie cutter dervish. it lacks camber, has a better nose, and can be topmounted, made of completely different kinds of wood, has a stiffer but far more responsive flex, and is custom built.

if you think the gnome doesnt have enough footspace you need to get your feet checked out, me and all my friends, none of which are on the fish to see that there is a legendary legion or care about it, love my gnome.

you are missing the point, find a review that doesnt compliment/dis the looks of a board and show it to me. we stress the fact that they are beautiful boards in the reviews because they are, and then write another 5 paragraphs on how it performs. they are great boards, and i will not stop being a customer at his store because im not an asskissing douche that wants to suck off to malakai and boarderholic. but that seems to be how most of the fish behave. which is why i am seriously considering leaving this place.

Just because you think he's unprofessional doesn't mean everyone does... if you think that. make your story known! From there everyone else can decide on their own whether to do business with him or not.

If he's so unproffessional it will catch up to him...but he's not. And that's why more and more people are buying his boards and many are on there seconds and thirds.
