don't buy from longboardking or anyone with a paypal name of nathan byrant... or nate as hes known by some here. someone just pm'ed me asking for a reference on a trade hes doing, so apparently hes still operating under the username "longboardking". this douche bag has ripped off several people on the fish, including me ( sent him $43 for some bennetts, never received them.

i'm glad i've saved all the pm's i sent and recieved from him. since i made this thread he pm'ed me and offered to refund the money so he won't get banned.

i don't feel bad for him at all because i sent him emails and messages that i never got my stuff and he never said anything back, and his name on paypal is nate, so i think this is the same guy, can't be sure though.

Reminds me of a time I bought some over priced tickets to a concert and ended up never getting them. I bought them 2 months in advanced too. They said they "accidentally" sold the to someone else and "forgot" to contact me when I mentioned lawsuit on their answering machine, then they refunded my money that day.

Don't trust anything that comes out of Las Vegas.

Lil something that I learned in rctech.net forums long time ago.

keep all the pm's about the transaction,and e-mails etc

-gather the most info about buyer/seller before closing deal.
-give a decent amount of time 1-2 weeks to receive your purchase.
-if the other part don't do his part of the deal,If its a minor try to contact his parents first(there is ways to get parents info)

-call his local police station and fax them all of the proof of transaction,depending on local laws and how you approach with your case to police you have 80% of chance of a officer making a stop at his house in the next hour or so.

Most time people ship $hit immediately after this.trust me it worked wonders on rctech most times,internet fraud has been taking seriously by local authorities now days.

I understand that we all have busy lives,but if you going a to make a deal with somebody or going to run a lil business and ain't going to be able to acomplish DON'T F@#*ING DO It to begin with.

well the asshole didn't send the money yet, so 2+ months after i sent him the money i still have nothing.

can anyone with more knowledge of the interwebs than me tell me what you need to know to find out his phone #,ect? i would love to call his house and talk to his parents, hopefully they are the beating kind of parents lol

when you send him money if you did tru paypal they give you his info,start there.

whoa that's f-ing weird.... on may 5th 2009 i sent him money for an avenger and got it.

not trying to vouch for a scammer, i just think it's weird that i got my stuff.
