Ok, so the other day i come on SF to see a banner advertising a "Gay kiss contest" and today i see a banner ( in a new place by the way, upper right hand corner) advertising scientology.org. Seriously guys, what's up with the ads?

The random ads don't make any sense. To be effective they need to be targeted at their audience... us.

But yeah, most of these banner ads are not only completely irrelevent to the interests of demographic groups who visit this site, they are also mildly disturbing.

Please guys if you see questionable ads do us a favor and see where it actually links too.

I have to log out and hopefully catch the ad.

In this case I don't see scientology ads, just text ads and a sweet levi ad.

Also, if you see a weird ad can you just PM an admin or mod about it?

Odd that everyone is getting these adds. I don't beleive I've gotten any add other than "New 2009 Loaded Dervish" or some quicksilver add for the past couple of days.
