Buyer/seller beware: Eric Nogueira

About a month ago, I had picked up some wheels for Eric under the impression that he would pay right away and there would be no fuss. There have been many promises to get paid asap and as of Friday, I was promised money by Saturday. Today is Monday is still no dice. I am not doing this because I am poor or desparate for money, however, being promised something and not receiving what you're promised is not right.

Well I'll post my experience since I just recently had a transaction with Eric...

So about a week ago, maybe more, i was talking to Eric on flash chat (unaware of his buyer history/reputation) about trading some stuff. Usual flash chat shenanigans and what not. But this time I showed serious interest when I heard he had a set of Crails (I've been trying to score a set for a good while) in a trade. I let him know what i have, and we exchanged info on facebook and flashchat some more.

We came to the conclusion that I would trade my 85mm speedvents for his Crails, plus I would pay for half of his shipping.

I shared my victory on Flashchat moments after,where a few people laughed at me . they basically told me that Eric was kind of a flakey dude and that he was a bit *slow* on the transactions. So I talked to all 3 of them since we're all regular flash chatters, and they all told me their experiences. Wanting the Crails badly, I decided to go through with it, risking losing the wheels and the trust of my mommy (who basically takes me to the post office, allows me to buy/sell on SF).

I didn't hear from Eric for a day or two, so i decided that i had to get on Eric a bit to get him to ship the stuff. We both wanted our stuff as quick as possible, so I told him that I would ship as soon as he PMed my tracking number. A day later, we were on flashchat, and I got eric to go to the post office and ship it. He also mentioned he would ship without kingpins, and he said i wouldn't have to pay for half of his shipping because of this. He shipped it just before the post office closed, so i told him i would ship it the next day.

So I got my things the day after Thanksgiving, and he got his the same or 1 day later.

The crails were in the described condition (as the pictures showed).

So, being a happy little camper, I mounted the Crails on a deck, and i realized that there were no king pin nuts ( i had 3" kingpins). So i said "ok, that's understandable because he forworned me there would not be kingpins", i'll just take the kingpins off of another setup for a few minutes to ride them a bit. so i get the king pin nuts on, and i'm about to throw on the wheels. and then i say "####."

No axle nuts lol. So frustrated,i just went inside. i talked to Eric a few days later on FC again, and he said he was in a rush to get the stuff out and he forgot. He said he would mail me axle nuts and kingpin nuts today (monday).

So I guess you can say my experience was alright, I just had to get on his e-c0ck about it for him to do things.

The axles nuts *are* a part of the truck, and they should be included. i'm not overly upset about it, but it is a just a little bit bothersome.

he took about a month or so to ship after he had already gotten my niko. also said he would throw in bushings since it took so long, and there was none, and board wasnt in same condition as when he sent me pictures.

Eric shipped the topspeed parcel and it is taking longer. Having met Eric in real life, (wait, Silverfish isn't real life?) I can tell you that he'll get you your stuff. And if the complaint was for the topspeed it has already been shipped and you just need to be patient.

Woah kenny. This is the first time im posting in this thread (about me), thats uncalled for.

And now about me, Yeah, i have shipped slow before(sometimes REALLY SLOW), as of lately, that has all changed, i have many people that can attest to that. KEnny, your deck was shipped, and it will arrive tomorrow. Parcel take a week, you should know that..seriously.

SO, can you please remove the dick from your buttocks(and i mean that with as much no-homo love as possible) and leave this to just feedback?
