How do you unsubscribe from a thread?

At the top of this page, on the right, click on "My Controls." On the controls page under the subscribed threads heading, on the lower right click on "View all Subscribed Threads." Now you should be looking at your list of subscribed threads. Check the box on the right side of each thread you want to delete then scroll down to the drop-down menu on the lower right, select "Delete Subscription," and click on "Go."
