So using the quick reply at the bottom of a thread, I see a button to not include my sig. But when I'm in advanced view/click reply to someone's post, I can't seem to find it. Am I completely retarded?

You're not dumb, you're just not scrolling. When you're in "advanced", you've got more options, including to toggle your sig, but you have to scroll down to see them.

I almost always have to use Advanced mode anyway, one way or the other. It's there, ya just gotta look. Remember that at Quick Reply you can't scroll down anymore, Advanced you can. That might be your problem, you're acting like you're at the bottom of the page.
