Stickies

Probably not the first person to complain, but I think we should review what stickies are really necessary. I feel that a lot of those threads can either be unstickied and left as normal topics (see how well the "skater chicks" thread did before the big move?) or pooled into broader categories.

Yeah I agree. I go into the Videos/Photos forum, and there are like 6 stickied threads. I need to scroll down just to see a non-stickied thread. Me no likey, necesito less stickey.

Agreed. That's actually what spurred me to write this.

The Master List thing is great.
I'd support the same thing for the Resource and Q/A Forum too.
