I sent him $ on 12/19 and have heard NOTHING since. Contact was really good until I sent the funds for the product - then nothing at all. I've sent emails to his gmail account, his account here and through paypal - zip. Currently I have a dispute open in paypal.

Please keep me in the loop or let me know if you need any info from me. This is the first time I've had anyone do this to me on product purchases and its really lame. I didn't expect this from folks on Silverfish but I do believe its a reflection on this person and not the community on Silverfish in general as people on these forums seem to be honest skaters enjoying the sport.

I purchased a couple sets of wheels and paid via pay pal and then was contacted by another member thedragun and he informed me that divinedisatant stopped communication and he wouldn't return his emails. So my bank called PayPal and froze his account and had my money returned as well as thedragun money and any other transactions should have been reversed on 1-07-2009 if they check there PayPal accounts.
They won’t receive an email but the reversal should appear.


The think his bank is RBC in canada

My Paypal dispute came back in my favor, however they were not able to recover any funds from the account. They said they would do everything they could to get my money back but ultimately I may never see it again.

I am glad someone is finally flamming this jerk. I got lucky and recovered the $30.00. I paid James Shaw (j.shaw1810@gmail.com) with paypal to his email address. The moment he rec'd the $ all communication died and my pursuit began. I used a credit card to fund the transaction so I had a backup plan if paypal didn't come through. He said he was in Canada but I am not sure if this is true. Why would it be? Somebody must know this guy.
